    Do your passive fire products or services comply with Australian Standards?

    Our products meet specific regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality guidelines. We guarantee compliance with certified test reports and Australian Standards for our installations.

    What does the complete version of the installation report include or comprise?

    Installation reports will consist of four components: a certificate, a register, a drawing, and an installation report.

    Furthermore, there will be a condensed report merging the certificate and installation report for official use.

    Will I receive the certificate and installation report upon the completion of the project?

    The certificate will be issued only once we have received full payment from our client. However, we are willing to furnish an installation report for client evaluation prior to that.

    In the case of construction sites or sizable buildings, we can supply monthly or periodical updates of installation reports to keep our clients informed about the progress.
